What new foods have you discovered since changing your diet?

Here are some of my new favs: (I NEVER ate any of these things before...it's a shame...I was missing out!)
Mashed Cauliflower
Sweet Bell Peppers
Soy Milk
Roasted Chickpeas
Ground Turkey
Squash (zucchini, yellow, spaghetti, acorn, butternut...basically all!)
Hummus
Kashi Cereal
Steel Cut Oats
Plain Greek Yogurt

    Oh man, there's a tonn for me as well.

    -Quinoa
    -Steel cut oats
    -Frozen bananas
    -Garbanzo beans
    -Raspberries, surprisingly
    -Tempeh

    -Falafel chips
    -Kale
    -Edamame
    -Coconut water
    -Couscous
    -Green smoothies

    Just started and so far I've tried:
    - quinoa
    - almond milk

    Food wish list:
    - mashed cauliflower
    -spaghetti squash
    - shiratyki noodles

    I've been trying to try at least 2 new foods a month, so I'm hoping to get those three off my wishlist soon. I'm thinking the noodles will be next :smile:
