Does any of this sound familiar?
If your weekly routine doesn’t include a leg day, you’re a gym idiot.
If you sacrifice form for weight, you’re a gym idiot.
If you don’t re-rack weights, you’re a gym idiot.
If you block access to free weights because you need to lift 6 inches in front of the rack, you’re a gym idiot.
If you think you can crunch your way to a six pack, you’re a gym idiot.
If you walk around puffing out your invisible lats, you’re a gym idiot.
If you think whey or creatine are steroids, you’re a gym idiot.
If you haven’t made progress in months and haven’t changed anything, you’re a gym idiot.
If you think the squat rack is an acceptable place to do 65lb barbell curls, you’re a gym idiot.
If you talk more than you lift, you’re a gym idiot.
