How often do you weigh yourself?

    I'm looking for NSVs mostly, so maybe once a month, if I remember. I measure myself more frequently, however.

    Well I get weighed three times a week at dialysis. They need to do this so they know how much fluid I need taken off during treatment, but I don't pay no mind to it. It's in kgs anyways. I figure weighing myself once every 1-2 weeks is good for me:)

    I used to be ultra-obsessive and weigh myself 3-5 times a day... silly and counterproductive! Now I only weigh myself once a week, just so I know where I stand (and how heavily I stand there =P). Doing it more by sight now because dieting, cardio, and more intense lifting (which has really helped me take shape) feels healthier and more relaxed.
