I know I've tried a couple of different weight loss pill, and fad diets; like acai berry, atkins diet, slim fast etc but what have all of you tried?

I never tried any of those. I tried starving myself, then I tried this. This works better

Iv tried slimming world and weight watchers. MFP is FAR better. It has a more common sence way of dealing with weight loss!

eating fruits veggies and meat and very limited processed food. get to eat a lotta food, lower calories and feel fuller and better! i've tried the rest and they are just not sustainable.

diets don't work. change your lifestyle. learn to eat healthier, smaller portions, and exercise!
  • I tried starving myself in various ways like having one healthy balance meal a day ONLY, also tried the Diet Coke diet - down a diet coke when hungry instead of eating which actually worked for a bit but the weight just came back as soon as I tried eating anything. Also tried Apple Cider Vinegar pills, diet pills and herbal laxatives... all were uneffective. Watching portions, eating breakfast and exercise are the key, which in some ways really sucks because I truly truly TRULY despise exercising but I'm doing it (albeit cursing it the entire time  ) because it really does WORKS!
