So, ive only been on this for one week now, but at the beginning i felt as if i were dying of starvation. I have not upped my calories, but now i do not feel as hungry or as miserable as i did before. Does that mean im not looseing weight anymore??? or has my stomach just now used to the shrink it made?

our bodies produce hormones and enzymes that signal hunger. after a while they adjust to your new calorie intake, so you dont feel as hungry as you used to.
as long as you are on a calorie deficit and exercising you should be losing weight..of course there are many many factors that can cause us to stall..but after a week you shouldnt notice any stalling yet if you are sticking to your diet and exercise plan.0 -
