Smoothie Recipies needed

I love smoothies! But i'm starting to get bored with the same ones.

I usually like to Make Strawberry Banana and Mixed Berry, both with hidden vegetables such as spinach and carrots. I also add some Benefiber.

I would like to try some that i more filling, possibly more fiber, and more fun for my taste buds :)

    I love smoothie making! Have you tried a protein powder, like chocolate or vanilla, its like dessert! I like a matcha green tea smoothie or a mixed berry with peanut butter. Also http://www.damyhealth.com/2011/03/101-healthy-smoothies/ has a bunch of ideas for different smoothie combinations, enjoy!
  • I love smoothies for breakfast. My favourite is a Banana Smoothy.

    1 Frozen Banana
    1 Cup low fat milk
    25g of Organic Natural Muesili

    Blend together and enjoy. Tastes quite creamy due to the musesili and very filling.
