I have knee problems that keep me from pushing myself too much and doing most high impact exercises, and I'm wondering if it's still possible to lose the last bit of weight with just a healthy diet?
I have a feeling it'll be difficult since my BMI is already in a healthy range, but maybe it has worked for some of you, or you have some input or advice. Thanks!

I don't see why not, you'll just lose it fairly slow. Pretty much all the exercise I do are things like leisurely strolls and yoga, that don't burn many calories. I only had about 13 to lose total, I'm 4 down, and losing pretty consistently at an average of a half pound per week.0
