hello everybody! Im kayla and been on here a week or so! I just thought need some more supportive friends on MFP! Also anyone who has advise about fitness and dieting...

    welcome to MFP, I joined here months ago and just came back few days ago..

    I have a few tips if you might be able to keep me motivated and determined. I'm sorry if you have heard this before, but this is why I have tried. The first thing I do is tell myself I don't like the food. After a week or two the cravings will be no more. Also eat more;smaller meals/snacks throughout the day and don't eat much at night. I try to keep finger fruit ready for quick healthy snacks.
