Homemade Skinny Latte

I just bought an Aerolatte milk frother, it's a little battery operated whisk, and I have been making lattes and cappacinos all weekend. It tastes close to Starbucks (mostly because most of the ingredients are from there). Its not really a recipe but more instructions.
Instant Coffee (I just found Starbucks single serving instant packs) (2 cal)
Sugar free syrup (also bought from starbucks) - I have vanillia, caramel, mint, and hazelnut flavors (0 cals)
1 cup Skim Milk (100 cal), or Unsweetened Almond Milk (40 cal)
Put instant coffee in large mug, add a couple of squirts of the of the sugar free syrup (depending on how sweet you like it), and a little water, about a tablespoon or two (depends on how strong you like your coffee)
Heat up milk in a large glass in the microwave. If you like your foam thicker, add a 1/2 squirt of the syrup in.
Froth milk with the Aerolatte.
Pour the milk into the coffee, and then scoop up the foam.
You can add more coffee if you like it stronger, just play around with the portions. I made one today that was with regular brewed coffee, and only 1/3 cup almond milk, so it was under 20 cal, and it was really good.
Just thought I would share for those of you missing your gourmet coffees.
