I'm feeling stronger!

I just wanted to share with you all some NSV's i've experienced recently.
Firstly, i've re-started the 30DS, just on days where i'm not running or resting to I keep up with strength and conditioning exercises. Last week when I first started, something dawned on me......I CAN NOW DO AN ACTUAL PUSH-UP! :noway: not one of those girly knee push-ups... and ACTUAL push up!!!
And secondly, i realised i needed to up my weights as the 3LB weights just weren't doing anything for me anymore. So i grabbed the 5LB weights and thought lets just see how far I can go with them AND i DID THE WHOLE WORKOUT WITH THE HIGHER WEIGHTS!
I felt soooooooooo good about it, I had to share it!
Onwards and upwards! :happy: :happy: :happy:

Congratulations, you. Getting to the stage of doing one full pushup rather than a knee pushup is a milestone! Most women go through life never managing to do a full pushup so feel proud.0
