V-Lines

For anyone out there with V-Lines... How did you get them? Through exercise/diet or both?? :)

    I am thinking it's genetics & low body fat. I have never had those, but never been all that thin around my hips (it's where all my fat collects even if you can see my ribs).

    My husband recently lost about 32# and he has his back - when he's at a healthy weight (he's 6' & 208# right now) he has them (and it's HOT!). All I can say - is that you have to lose the belly fat, then work your core.

    But keep in mind - some people are very skinny and they don't have a 6-pack - so if you try really hard but genetics is not on your side, you may not get this either.
