You hear all the bad things about going overboard on carbs.. but i was wondering if it's also a bad thing to go overboard on proteins. I'm always slightly over my daily allowance and i'm not really worried about that but i'd like to hear your answer to my question..any thoughts?

Nope, protein overage is good. MFP gives low numbers for it, and your body uses it for muscle repair, so pile it on.0
