I feel like i should exercise (to burn fat) but i don't want to give myself any more calories to have to eat in the day as i already find it difficult enough to eat even close to my goal! What should I do?!

is this just for today or a general /daily issue?0

You'll probably need to add healthy, higher-cal foods into your diets.0

If you are already coming in under your target then you should not really need exercise to burn fat. If you want to exercise to get a bit healthier then some walking or gentle running may be the way ahead. You could try something like yoga or pilates to tone rather than burn fat.0

Its a daily issue. I find it so hard to even meet 1200 most days (though i know this is the absolute minimum i should be having) so needless to say, giving myself exercise cals to eat as well is near impossible!!
Its hard to know what types of foods are calorie dense but healthy...0 -
I think you will find that if you exercise, you will be hungrier. Most people are starving after an intense workout. So you would accomplish 2 goals; 1) You'd be exercising, which is obviously good for your health and 2) You'd be hungry, eat more and meet your nutritional needs.
Exercise.
Eat.

Google calorie dense foods, you should come across healthy stuff like:
.Houmous.
.Olives.
.Olive oil.
.Avacado.
.Nuts.
.Seeds.0
