Hi everyone
I started on monday but have just found message boards, finding things easy so far.
Has anyone been doing this for a while? was wondering if its easy to continue as a lifestyle.

Hi Vicky
Welcome to MFP. I have been a member since Monday too and I am finding it easy, I love the fact you have to log everything and it analyses the breakdown of the food (fat, protein, carbs etc). I like the message boards too (substitute for facebook).
I'm 38 with 2 children aged 4 and 8. I lost 60lbs between August 2010 and April 2011 but then have gained 20lbs probably since August last year. I have re-focused and started the next part of my weight loss journey from Monday of this week. I hope to lose around 46lbs this year (i'm aiming for around 32lbs by mid August).
Good Luck and feel free to add me as a friend0 -
Hi! I've been doing this for almost a year (I have fallen a few times). I will not say it is easy, but I certainly feel so much better about myself. Feel free to add me for support.0

Hi i have been a member for a while now and find it so easy to maintain did fall of the wagon for a little while but soon came back. i find it actually fits in very well with life far better than anything else I have done. I exercise a lot and love the fact i can eat my exercise cals but it encourages to be a good girl and make healthy choice too. Feel free to add me, my diary is open i log every day even on holiday.0

i think "easy" will differ amongst people. It really depends if their goals are realistic, are following a true healthy approach and not something unrealistic or dangerous (trust me, there are those out there)...
For me, this has been an easy process thus far. Even with my three month plateau, I had a loss after that but Im maintaining again, so Im really happy that I have proven to myself that I can make the right choices.
Im personally at my half-way mark of weight loss. I plan on amping up my gym routine at this point to lose the other half.

Eating properly and exercising haven't been that difficult. The scale not always responding is really annoying. Add me if you like.0

Hi, I have been on here for about a month. A few people have added me to their "friends" list and I find that reading their post encourages me to stay with it. Feel free to add me if you need support.0
