if its got calories I log it, oh and I also log water so I can keep an eye on how much I drink. If it's cal free, or nearly cal free (eg black coffee, diet coke etc) I usually don't bother logging it.0

If I have an extra cup of hot tea during the day, I sometimes don't bother to log that, since I use sweetener and barely a splash of milk and it'd only a calorie or two, and I don't log my diet Coke, but anything with calories - milk, juice, etc, I definitely log. Those can add up!0

i try and log everything it may not affect calories so much as sugar and sodium levels. The sugar is always the killer for me so now I pretty much limit myself to water ( sometimes with flavor whenever I'm sick of plain water ) and a bit of milk.0

I log everything except water and coffee. I had my creamer though.0

I don't.. and I lost 5 kgs . I don't drink high calorie soft drinks, just juices sometimes but I never log them.0

I log it.0

I never do; I drink at least 2 litres of diet coke/lemonade/vimto/irn bru, whatever, everyday. But seeing as it hasn't got any calories in it, I don't bother.0

I log everything I put in my body.
An average cup of tea with semi-skimmed milk and 1 sugar is 80 calories. That adds up if you drink a lot of tea! If you're drinking proper juice... that's loaded with calories, but no added sugar squash is inconsequential at 4-8 calories per glass.0 -
If its zero calories I don't bother but juices, milk, coffee I def do cuz I would not be being honest with my diary and what my actual calorie count is0
-
The only thing I don't log is crystal light. It's got like 5-10 calories in it and I figure it's better for me to be drinking water than not. It hasn't seemed to have any effect.0

I used to log my drinks when I first started, but now I don't at all except my coffee in the morning because I use flavored creamer. I occasionally drink things with calories in them (Vitamin Water), but since I'm working hard most of the week, I don't bother. I know every calorie counts, but things are so hit and miss for me that I just don't worry about it.0

I agree with others...I log anything with calories. I don't usually log my black coffee, however, because it's something like 5-10 calories, I don't add anything to it, and I drink it every single day. This may be right or wrong, but it works for me.
If you're drinking fruit juice or non-diet soda, you should absolutely be logging those things.0 -
I only log what has calories in it LOL!0

There is little point in logging if you selectively log. Logging is there to show you what you consume. Drinks have calories. Just like food.0

I don't log tea or coffee. I'm using stevia in my iced tea and take my coffee black. I don't drink soft drinks. I do log juice calories.0

I wasn't logging coffee or diet soda (limited to 2 diet sodas a day), but I am not because of some health issues I may be facing. Want to see if what I'm eating/drinking is causing any of it.0

MY 1000TH POST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :bigsmile:0 -
I'd log it, I log everything even calorie/sugar free drinks, you might be consuming more calories than you imagine but it's also important to watch sugar and sodium intake.0
-
I only log drinks with calories or sugars (which I very rarely drink). I do log all of my water. Really the only beverage I drink other than water is diet soda (usually Diet Rite which is sodium free) and Iced Tea (unsweetened). I don't drink any juices, punches, or coffees.0
-
I log anything that has calories. Juices and sodas (not diet) are filled with empty calories, if you're drinking several a day that could potentially be hundreds of calories that you're going over.
I don't log anything that does not have calories, although I do track my water so I know how much I'm drinking. I also don't consider anything but water, green tea and decaf coffee towards my water intake.0 -
I log mine:~)0

I log drinks that have substantial calories like wine. Or pop. Normally all I drink is 2 cups of coffee with 2 percent milk and 1 cup of tea per day, the rest is water. Or wine which i always log. I can't be bothered logging the tea and coffee.
However, now that I think about it, I could add it to my snacks which are usually the same every day so that I just have to press copy yesterday so thanks for raising the topic, made me think!!0 -
Juice is one of the worst things for your body! It has so much sugar and calories in it! If you drink juice you should definitely log it...one small cup has usually way over 100-150 calories!0
