Kettlebell or RIP in 30day..which is next

Im almost finished 30 day shred...yeahhhh...which is next step ...i was going on to RIP in 30day until i read about Kettlebell, but i dont understand the significant of it...what is it...I see JM has a kettlebell DVD...but some reviews are bad and some good. Advise Please?

    I'm curious about this too! The reviews seem mostly negative/bad for JM's Shred it with Weights dvd

    I have Ripped and Kettlebell... Ripped is better in my opinion, but the Kettle bell is good for lifting heavier weights...

    I have an HRM as well, and for the same amount of time, i burn 225-250 calories with Ripped and only 150 ususally with Kettlebell dvd...

    Just my experience... Tho i will still change it up and do both dvds, with others, i would get ripped dvd first
