Stress eating

Hi. I was wondering if any of you are stress eaters? I'm so jealous of the people that stop eating when stressed or sick! That is so not me.
With just abit of stress - I want to eat. Basically things like chips, biscuits (can eat tons of those!), any snack kind of thing that I can get my hands onto.
How do you stop? Thanks.

    To be honest, I have the same problem XD I'm trying to quit myself so if anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them as well :D
    I have 2 young kids, one who just hit terrible 2's so I get no time to make a different healthy snack for myself and stress tons! I need to find a way to get off the comfort foods :/
