need more healthy cals

So, i put everything in my food diary today and before i even workout, i am only barely grazing my cal limit which means after workout i will be short. I like to stick to a pretty regular formula and if i stray too much, ill get knocked off track (what can i say, im a creature of habit)
Im not crazy about nuts, but i like cashews, i dont like beef jerky, and im already eating plenty of fruit oh and the amount of food that i am eating is more than filling me up. I just need something healthy and calorie dense and small.

well the main staples for most diets are things like eggs, oatmeal, peanut butter, veggies, fruits, avacado, protein shakes, chicken or turkey white meat, I mean...theres no real secret to a meal plan you just gotta find what works for you0

I plan my meals the day before , i bought a tub of ben & jerrys to treat my self but i can hear it calling me from the freezer lol, your doing great keep it up we all give in to temptation now and again , a little is good as a reward, but to much were back to square one . i wish i had started sooner .
with my meal i can have wheat or grain morning, then i usually have sandwich or salad, salad you can have loads of because there r so little calories in salad. then meat/fish with either potatoes or pasta as long as most my plate is veg , im pretty confident my cals want be that much
My down fall is during day is drinking rockstar energy drink, if you rise early from bed i suggest eating fruit for snacks or yoghurt Greek or low fat, if use miss your snack and your early riser, you will soon find your self looking for junk food, because you craze sugar
once i have submitted my report and if i still get hungry later i usually eat nuts0 -
Some of my more calorie dense staples are peanut butter & banana sandwiches on whole grain bread, hummus and pita bread (also excellent with veggies, but not nearly as calorie dense), greek yogurt, especially fage brand, protein shakes, sweet potatoes, and tuna sandwiches. I also really like kind bars as a snack to take to work or classes, but you might not like them since they're basically nut and fruit bars - they're delicious, though! You can get some with added protein or fiber, as well. I love the peanut butter dark chocolate + protein and the almond coconut. They also have a dark chocolate cherry cashew.0
