My container says serving size 1 scoop - 21.5 g. Should I measure the scoop with that (it's 7 g by itself) or subtract the scoop weight?

dont go by serving size, take as much protein as your body needs for whatever time it is so post workout youll need more than when you wake up for example.0 -
The protein should weigh 21.5g if you put a scoop full on the scale with a bowl(zero the scale with the bowl) it should weigh 21.5g0
