Yesterday i discovered the Tabata workout. I did one last night and a run one this morning. Did i do it right.

Last night: 4 exercises with warm up/cool down. Squats, push ups where you reach back and touch your foot, lunges, and mountain climbers. each one was 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, for a total of 2 mins (2 cycles) That didn't seem like enough so i did it again. I was breathing hard afterwards so i guess i did it right

So my run warm up for 10min at 6.0
8.0 -- 20sec on 10 secs off --- total of 4 mins
That was hard, went at it again but went to 9.0mph and did that 2x

was i doing this whole Tabata thing right? And how do it put that in my log?

We do tabata's at bootcamp, but it is 8 exercises, 20 sec on 10 sec off for 4 minutes. Example: Fast Squats, Lunges, buttkicks, push-ups, DB Thrusters, weighted sit-ups, bicep curls (fast), and Burpees.

It kicks all of our butts.

You can log it if you have a Heart Rate monitor. Just make a new exercise.
