Hi my name is Cassie iv been on this site for just over a week. Last week i lost 3 pound which i was very pleased with. I am looking for friends on this site for moral support along the way and any useful tips. Although a really good week last week i have had had a slight headache.Has anyone else experienced this in first few weeks?
