i am glad you are feeling motivated!

i am feeling kind of tired today. i get a recovery day for insanity so that is good. i need that today. i felt all yucky and bloated yesterday and i'm trying to not feel that way today. i think the problem is that i ate too much cauliflower and it made me all bloaty and weird... i didn't eat anythign too bad at all yesterday. but yet, bloat. ew
