kinda scared now!!!!

i said i was gonna get back on track and i stepped on the scale and realized that within a little less than a month i lost over 20lbs. I worked out and ate less but i wonder if it is my body still in wt loss mode or i need serious help....i lost bggest loser style almost 17 lbs in two and ahalf weeks im scared what should i do

    Why are you scared? If you were NOT doing anything to try to lose weight and you dropped that much, then I would be scared. Otherwise, sounds like you're doing a great job!

    I did the Biggest Loser website diet and have lost 45 pounds in under 3 months. The plan is awesome!

    i am training for a half marathon and eating mainly protien. as well as heavier lifting. i was thinking cause i caught myself after bfalling off the wagon, cause the wt didnt sit on me long it came off easily...i hope....

    Thats awesome! But one thing... if you are running a lot for your training you need to make sure to eat carbs, carbs are really important for runners... keep up the good work! :happy:

    you had a break for awhile there where you gained a bunch of weigh back right? I find if I gain really fast, then get back on track I lose it really fast too. I gained 5 lbs in 2 weeks over xmas, and lost it again in 2 weeks. Don't be scared.
