I have been on mfp for a while. Lost 23 pounds but then gained 12 back when we moved from cali to cold CT!
I guess most of mp friends stopped taking me seriously and i never get feed back anymore :(

So please add me I need comments and support I have 30 pounds to loose It may not be much to some but Its a lot for a girl who who is only 5,1!
