I found this and thought I'd share it.

Egg Substitute:

3 egg whites
2 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk powder
1 tsp water
2-3 drops yellow food coloring (optional)

Whisk ingredients in a small bowl and use immediately or refrigerate.

Makes 1 equivilent to 2 eggs

Interesting, but I don't see the point. Dry milk powders contain oxidized cholesterols, not what you want to be consuming, and contrary to popular belief eating the yolk is good for you.

Agreed, substantial research now indicates eggs are good for you not bad. My daddy ate an egg for breakfast everyday of his life, never had a cholesterol problem.

Sorry to be negative towards your post but I'd have to say the same as this^

I don't see the point of making your own egg substitute. Eat the whole egg or just the egg white, forget the additives.

It's ok! I don't even know if I'll use it myself. I just saw it and thought I'd toss it out there. My cholesterol is always super low and my good chol. is always high enough so I don't even worry about it. Personally I just use the egg whites myself (if and when I bake for my hubby) and I find it rather gross to add food coloring to anything.
