my plateau...

Well...I've hit a plateau and I'm looking for some insight as to what I could do to hopefully get over it...I have about 10 lbs I still want to lose, 15 if I'm being ambitious. A little of my back story. I have a 4, 2, and 1 year old. I started MFP last year and did really good with the calorie counting and lost about 9 pounds, I was still breastfeeding my youngest so that probably helped contribute to some of the weight loss as well, along with some excercise...got back into a rut of life as Mom and while I still watched what I ate, got a little laxed with it all. The last month I've been really trying to lose the extra weight...and no matter what I do I'm holding steady at the 136. I've started running the last week and that feels good. I know I need to get more workouts in, but with 3 little ones it's quite difficult. I work a full-time job and do photography part-time. So I'm always on the go, but my full-time is a desk job so I'm sure that doesn't help matters. I'm on a 1200 calorie diet and while I try to stay right at that, I usually am a little short probably...which I'm wondering if I upped my calories if that would help me (but that makes me nervous too). I'm just stuck as to what to do next...while I try and run or work-out as much as possible, it usually only happens a few times a week. Any advice would be awesome...Thank you in advance!!!
