Anybody doing the SoldierFit workout? Hubby and I attend a class in Hagerstown, MD. Great kick-butt workout!

    You should definitely try a class, if you haven't already. You can go on their website, print out a free pass to try a class for free.
    We're hooked now!!! Good luck with the weight loss journey :)
