Ok I have a question and I am really hoping someone can answer it. Does your HRM give you are avg.hr, peak hr and calories burned? If so what is your avg hr and what do you normally peak at? Using today my avg hr was 154 (for 60 minutes) peak hr was 190 (which is normally 180 just worked harder today lol). People are telling me that is way to high what do you think??

A person's average heart rate is unique to their body. Depending on your age and level of fitness, that could be high. However, if you just go that high momentarily and are not staying at that high level, you should be okay.
I've seen crazy high numbers at the peak of exertion but they are lower during the majority of the workout.0
