I'm going to a music festival this weekend and fully intend on being up walking around or standing watching bands for 6 - 8+ hours per day. Should I log this as exercise as it is out of the usual spectrum of my activity? (Plus it might make me feel better about eating fried festival food!)

I wouldn't necessarily log it because you don't know exactly how fast you're going, how much walking vs standing, etc...at least that's my experience with music fests...
But I will say, I went on a vacation to Vegas and didn't log any of the walking or standing I did, ate kinda crappy food (not to mention alll the booze) and came back a pound lighter. So maybe think of it as just your regular daily life, but don't stress too much on your calorie intake?0
