Hello All!! New to the Forum...but a seasoned Vet of the App

Hello all,

I am new to the online aspect of My Fitness Pal; but have been using the app for the past 2 months to track my calories. I am a Bladder Cancer Survivor who made the decision to take charge of his health and fitness while going through treatment. Well, I was 212lbs when I started and am now 177 (@ 5' 11") thanks to this app and P90X. There was no way I could follow the P90X diet as I have a family to cook for as well, and those meals are just too unrealistic for a whole family. I have still achieved GREAT results by simply tracking ALL aspects of EVERYTHING I eat as well as vigorous exercise. Anyway, just want to conclude by saying great work to everyone who has made the effort to change things for the better, no matter what stage you are at!!
