Good morning my MFP lovelies!

My family doctor recommended this diet, and not until I got home, did I come to find out it comes with a hefty price to take part.

Have any of you seen, heard, done this diet before? Feedback would be awesome!

OR

Do you just make a list of protein foods, and minimal carbs and gamble doing it on your own?

ANY reflections on this topic is SO GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!

Thank you all in advance!

    Hey,
I did this for 2 weeks, it was tough at first and I really was hungry BUT I lost almost a stone in 2 WEEKS!

It did what I wanted it to, help me shift a bit of weight before my holiday!
    :)

I bought the book and gave it a try for two weeks. It was way too restrictive for me, I can't stay on diets like that.

I lost 10kg with it last year and I only used the book. The diet is very restrictive and I started hating fat free cream cheese and was craving fruit like anything. On the bright side: I could eat cheesecake every day and still loose weight.

I also regained the weight within a few weeks again. It was not a sustainable diet for me. I still have a stock of oat bran in my pantry.

You don't have to use the website, but can do it with just the book.
