I'd Always been big from the age of 12 I was already in women sizes. I struggled through school but was still healthy.
but then starting work two years ago i got ill, i was worried incase it was weight realted so I started out weighing 280lb I tried weight watchers and failed, i tried slimming world.. i tried cutting out carbs but nothing worked then i came accross this site! && It's set my mind at ease and makes me enjoy loosing weight.. But for me weight loss isn't easy...
why?
Well I can't exercise that much, i have 3 very painful problems. Chronic asthma with allergies to the extent i'm even allergic to air pollution. A mild case of fibromylegia and now i've just been diagnosed with sciatica that's also in my legs.
But I get up and go, I'm 22 and unable to work so I count every day routines as my exercise.
but I've not gained a lb back since starting this app fully nearly 240 days ago!
So here's me at my heaviest at 280lb
wearing a size UK 28/30 US 26/28 at the bottom and a UK 24/26 US 22/24 at the top
&& me now
wearing a size UK 22/24 US 20/22 at the bottom and a UK 18/20 US 16/18 at the top

Great progress, Emmie. Yeah about the age of 12 is when I started to get big and it was about 30 years of struggle. You are ahead of the game and doing great.0
