Ready for a flat belly

I am 39 years old and I live in Georgia I have 3 boys 14, 10, and 5 I am not what you call out of shape but I am not pleased with my body I have a beer belly if that's what you want to call it and I am determined to get rid of this pouch and get my size 25-28 waist back and with MFP I am on the right road.

Good luck to you. I believe you can do it. I have never had a flat belly, but I hope to work up to one some day the future. I've got a lot of fat to lose first though.

Anywho, again, I believe you can do it! Stick with it exercise, good eating, plenty of water and adequate rest.

Me too! I always had a bit of a belly , even when I was 119lbs....now I am 48 years old and mother of two daughters....If I get rid of mine...I dont' plan to ever see it again....so just know you arent in this boat alone...lol

I'm also in Georgia I want a flat belly too. I have a quote that says " 30 % gym, 70% food....abs are made in the kitchen not the gym." I pasted it on my pantry door so I will stay out of there !
