Will B-Complex Vits be similar to caffeine?

I've been taking thermongenics for a long time but all that caffeine started to take a toll on my heart and I was getting chest pains...So I stopped taking them 2 days ago. But today I woke up and was just sooooo sluggish it's unreal. I couldn't get my heart rate up during my workout and I barely burned anything. I just feel like utter crap.

Will a B-Complex give me a similar energy burst the caffeine/stimulants did?

Vitamins don't "give" you energy. They aid in body to use energy. The commercials that say "B-vitamins are for energy" are half true. There are no calories in vitamins, thus no caloric energy. But if you have a b vitamin deficit, you can feel sluggish because the body doesn't have its chemical cofactors for energy production. So, short answer- no. You're going to feel like crap because you're withdrawing from caffeine, because it's a drug (not saying if it's bad or good, that's up to the individual to decide). It's a chemical substance that alters body functions. Drink a lot of water, try to exercise, and you'll feel better in about a week.

So maybe the vits will help me counteract the caffeine withdrawals? This sucks so bad, I really didn't realize how dependent on it my body had become... It's makin me feel so awful that I just wanna go back to using them right now :/

Not really ): I'm sorry to hear your're having a rough time off of the thermogenics, but trust me, you will feel better. Give it some time, lots of water, and try to keep eating right and exercising.
