Coldplay was here in Edmonton lastnight and I got offered free tickets but I said no because I didn't want to miss my bootcamp class lol. I'm hearing it was a great concert. Oh well...I'll just play them on my iPod lol

I don't like Coldplay but I'd say that was crazy. I've never turned down concert tickets and I've seen some pretty awful shows that way.

Well that's certainly dedication. And maybe a little crazy too. My wife and I just had this discussion actually. We are both very dedicated to our workouts and diets and generally only stray from our 'regimen' one day a week. But we decided that if something we really want to do comes along, we're not going to miss out on enjoying things like that because of our 'regimen'. Your body will never know and your mind will thank you. That being said, I don't know if I'd skip anything for Coldplay. Haha. ;-P

I am in Edmonton as well and I would skip my work out for a cold coffee if someone offered.
Please feel free to pass me any tickets you don't want to use, I will make the sacrifice and go in your place so you can go to boot camp.
