Low Energy Problems

I thought maybe someone on here would have some advice for me. The first few weeks I started tracking my food and exercising I felt great. Now, 7 weeks in I'm feeling drained constantly. I have been careful to meet my 1200 calorie intake, thinking that maybe I was a little too low before. I'm dragging myself through workouts and feel a bit better after but really miss that feeling I had in the beginning. I also remember that exercise used to make me sleep really well but I wake up a lot during the night now. I take a multi vit when I think of it (~2x/week). The only other thing I can point out is that I've quit smoking recently, but that should give me more energy, not less- right?

    Maybe a less aggressive deficit would help.

    I felt really low in energy on 1200 cals after a few weeks. Constantly tired, constantly cold, and I got heart palpitations.

    Wow, I've been cold too. No heart palpitations though. I'm surprised I haven't read anything else about this, it seems most of us women are at 1200cals.
