Hi, all
I'm 69, 5'2" and weigh 137, having taken off 5.5 lbs in the past month using MFP.
Any opinions on a good goal weight?
Thanks very much!

You can use this calculator on WebMD to see what the healthy weight range for you is. After you click 'calculate', click the tab above your BMI number that says Healthy Weight.

135 pounds of pure muscle (plus other vitals, of course) would be awesome!0

The Hamwi method is used to calculate Ideal Body Weight (IBW).
For women (medium frame): 100 lbs + 5 lbs for every inch over 5 ft
For men (medium frame: 106 lbs + 6 lbs for every inch over 5 ft
Large frame (+10%)
Small frame (-10%)
Also a healthy weight range will be 90-100% of your calculated IBW.
Therefore, female measuring 62 in. would have IBW of 110 lbs +/- 10%. Healthy weight range: 99-121 lbs.0
