Fall...ing....

I can feel myself letting myself go :( I hit a plateau and then my grandmother died, so I went to be with my family, who fed me copious amounts of food and now I just ate a 1200 calorie meal in one sitting (which is my total day alotment). I'm feeling really dissapointed in myself, and really need some motivation and friends. :(

Take some time to work through what's going on in your life. Really take a good hard look at your goals for the future too. Make a plan and follow through! You made a mistake, and ate a huge meal. No big deal. Be more careful next time! You can get yourself back on track and you can lose the weight! Just give yourself time to readjust back to the correct mindset!

My question is "How the hell do you fit 590 calories into a SINGLE Cookie?" Somebody deserves an award for that. What, was it deep fried and coated with an outer shell of chocolate?

I'm here in Innsbrook. If you wanna meet for Thai food (at your favorite place at which I have not yet eaten) sometime next week, let me know. Otherwise, one meal does not a week make. You've lost 14 which has to feel much better than before.

Take a couple of days off of logging, get a hold of your motivation, reprogram and start again! We'll still be here.

Don't be hard on yourself. Next week we will fix it. The fact you ask for he'll now shows you are
    gonna be fine.

I'm actually in the same boat for different reasons...babe, we've got this! We can motivate each other, I have not been tracking consistently, honestly, because of my inconsistent schedule and eating habits..I need to get it together!

I am here for you, and I want us both to succeed. You HAVE lost 14 lbs! Which is still a huge accomplishment! Focus on that, and tomorrow really is a NEW day! Love you.

JAM, give yourself a break!! Forgive yourself for not doing as well as you hoped lately. You only fail if you give up. You can get back on track and do this!!

Realize that you're going through a tough time and don't be so hard on yourself. Try again tomorrow, but don't beat yourself up if you go over again. I'm sorry about your grandmother, hon.

Parents sometimes are funny. Every time my mother sees me, she has to make some comments on the fact that I gained weight :indifferent: Then she feeds me like if I am 4 people and she gets offended if I don't finish whatever is in my plate because "there are kids starving out there" :grumble:

Anyhow, don't beat yourself up so much. You just lived a very difficult moment (sorry for your grandma). As long as you don't give up, you are still here. If one day is not OK, you will do better tomorrow. Give yourself a break and maybe a cheat day. I need a cheat day during my period for example (sorry guys for this very female comment).

Feel free to add me :flowerforyou:

Be gentle with yourself during difficult emotional times. You are going through enough without beating yourself up. Tomorrow is another day. I have been there a few times, and am happy to support you. Feel free to add me. Take care of yourself! :flowerforyou:

ok sista...i looked at your food journal...yikes!!! do you really not eat dinner?? and Frosted Flakes?? holy smokes girl!! lol
I don't see ANY veggies or fruit in your diet. you eat a lot of sweets and junk food. If you wanna get healthy, you have to think healthy, be healthy. Educate yourself. Go back to that Doctor and ask for his Friggin help!! get a dietician to help get you started. check out what your friends are eating to get some ideas. do you follow a Food Guide at all for what you should be eating from the food groups. It's a good place to start.
You are young and beautiful...look at those cheek bones!! Just live a healthy life, get moving and the rest will take care of itself.
