.....is what my 4 year old said to me last night. Adorable, right? Yes, it is. It's also a complete crusher as I've been working out, trying to eat right &, oh yeah...............I'm not pregnant. It was hard not to be pissed at his cute little face, but it was also a little disheartening to know that I still have a very long way to go.

My 7-year old son likes to jiggle my pooch (that one area just below the tummy that just never seems to go away no matter how many crunches, sit-ups, etc. I do) and say, "fat belly!!!" That wouldn't be so awful if he hadn't said the following to me a while back. He was stretched out on the couch in his PJ bottoms (he refuses to wear a shirt to bed). He looks at his stomach and says to me, "Mom...I have an 8-pack!!"

When my son was about 3 or 4, we were in the grocery store and he loudly pointed out a larger lady. Said mom look at her she's fat. I go um she's about the same size as me. Well then you're fat too mom.
