Any trainers out there? Need some direction!

I have been at my latest attempt to lose weight for about a month and have lost about 8 lbs. I was hoping for more, and recently thought that I may not be working out hard enough, so have added this and that over the last weeks. Now I am at the point that I am not sure how to set up my weekly workouts, bc I have so many things I want to do... I appreciate any advice, and would really like to get a response from a trainer. My goal is 5 workouts a week, but have been doing 6 really. I like to rest on Friday, for that is 'errand' day and it just works out better. My weight goal is 18 more lbs by June.
I have been doing the following workouts:
Yogalates (45 min) for flexibility and focus
Ab cardio/calisthenics (25 min) to focus on my probelm area
Approx 2 mile run (~25 min) for cardio and endurance
Weight training, varies in length and consistency bc I dont know what I am doing
30 day shred (20 min)---- this is my latest addition as I want to lose weight faster!
So, that seems like a lot, i know. But I dont know which to do once a week, twice a week, or focus on one everyday. I dont know if I need to cut something out, or which one. I like all of them for diff reasons.... Please help!
