HI I am new and I have lost five pounds already. I love this.
my question is...When I exercise, I gain more calories to use. Am I supposed to eat to reach the new goal or try to reach my regular goal,
I just feel like I eat too much when I try to reach the new goal given to me.
I hope I explained this well. lol

There are a lot of different opinions on whether you eat you exercise calories or not. I personally do not eat my exercise calories most of the time.

You just need to make sure that you are eating atleast 1200 calories a day, that would be net calories eaten minus exercise calories. This is to make sure that you do not go into starvation mode.

My suggestion tis to read some of the other threads on this topic, there are many out there and I know it helped me out a lot.

Good luck in your lifestyle change.

Yes, eat the additional calories. To eat or not eat your exercise calories is widely debated here. But a simple answer is that, you've already created a calorie deficit when you started. So if you work off more calories and don't eat them back, then ultimately your body is not getting enough calories.

I am sure someone here can give you some good links to read on the subject, in case you want a more detailed explanation as to why you need to eat them, but I don't know the links off hand.
