okay so a month and a bit ago i weighed 134lbs with 24% body fat... this was my measurement in the morning before I had anything to eat and drink.
Today, in the afternoon (after food and drink) I weighed 138lbs with 30% body fat. However this was on my period whereas the time before wasn't

I have actually been working out more and building muscle inbetween the weigh ins.
So what can allow for the 6% body fat difference? is totm and food weight and time of the day that important?

I really hope I haven't actually gained 6% of fat.

Bioimpadence machines can be vastly inaccurate based on hydration levels. Go buy some body calipers for $20 and use that.

It really is, especially with electronic devices. It's best to always measure in the same conditions, time, day and such. Like when you first get up. And then just record so you can watch the trend downward!
