I'm new to the website but not to MFP. I was just using it on my phone a couple months back and didn't add any friends or visit the site. I managed to lose 9 pounds before but then got sick and fell off the exercise and eating right wagon and of coursed gained it back :( . Sooo I'm going to try harder this time and looking for some friends along the way.

I'm 26 and looking to lose about 30 lbs... and maybe more once I get there. I have the knowledge. I just lack the determination and focus. HELP! :)

Hey - I'm fairly new to this as well so perhaps we could help each other? Please feel free to add me! Like you I've been on MFP for a little while but only via the iPhone app - I didn't realise there was all this support! You know you can do it so hopefully with a bit of support you can reach your goal. As for me, I lost over 2 stone a few years ago and have kept most of it of but a little has crept back and so I want to nip it in the bud and shift that final stone!

Good luck with your journey - hopefully will get to speak to you soon!

    Hello there!

Feel free to add me! I am 30 and looking to lose a chunky 45 to 50lbs. I could really do with more motivated people too! :-)

    I LOVE the stuff!!!!
  • You are all more than welcome to add me as well. I just started yesterday and I am looking for all the support I can get. I have a hard time making myself a priority and have finally decided that to be a good mom, wife, and employee, I need to come first every now and then. I am 34 and I have made losing 40 pounds my new priority. I am going to need lots of motivation to keep me going.
