How do I get my motivation back????

I started MFP in January and was so driven! I just felt that THIS TIME would be the time I stuck with it. For the past few weeks I just cannot find that motivation. I log occasionally and exercise 2 or 3 times a week. Up until then I was logging religiously and exercising at least 4- times a week! I have had a lot of stress in my personal life and am falling right back into the habit of using food as a crutch to get through those times. Anyone else have any advice for me? Motivating words? I just cannot let myself give up this time!!

    I had the same thing and was "off track" for three weeks. What got me back on track was to focus on why I wanted to do this for myself. What I wanted to do in the future (like horseback ride, look and feel better, bike longer distances, etc). Also, I want to be here for my family. Also, you amy want to consider finding a local friend who can help push you on thoe days where you would really rather not bother.
