Thunder Thighs!!!!

How the hell do you get rid of them??? I've tried every exercise and to no avail. It runs in my family so i'm afraid i might be stuck w/ them. Whats worked for you???

    Lose fat.

    You can't spot reduce. You just have to reduce overall fat on your body. Everyone loses/gains in different places. Often people have stubborn places, just have to keep reducing *body fat*.

    This. Also, some people just genetically have larger quad muscles.
