It's hard to find that perfect medium :/

I lost about 30 lbs since this time last year. It's hard to go out of, "diet" mode at times. This really is a lifestyle change. I'm 5'6 105-110 lbs and don't think I should be losing anymore weight. I do cardio everyday except twice a week when I see a personal trainer for strength training. I know I should be focusing on toning, and that means eating more protein. It's soo hard for me... Open diary... Open to idea's/feedback.. Thanks.

Some nights I drink a lot of alcohol/drunk food and I think mentally I prepare myself for that by eating less when it's not one of those nights.
