Bodybugg vs Others

I have a group of online friends, and we all share the same workouts. Basically, anything Beachbody related.
Anyway, I notice a couple people who use BodyBugg seem to have a considerably lower cal burn than others using other types of HRM. Of course, we all weigh a little differently, and I am sure we all have our own level of intensity. But I consistently see bodybugg people with around 300 cals burned vs myself and others at around 900-1000 for the same workout.
Does bodybugg take in other factors?
