this might seem strange, but i start my work out with "Metallica's version of Turn the Page" , its my warm up , and gives me an angry edge , that charges me forward ....

Blue Monday - the Orgy version. The New Order original doesn't have the anger/edge that the Orgy one does

Not sure I have an ultimate one since I listen to tons over and over. Here are a handful I go back to often:

    1. How I Roll by Britney Spears (not even sure why.............)
    2. Donald Trump by Mac Miller
    3. Pound the Alarm by Nicki Manaj
    4. Til I Collapse by Eminem
    5. Kyoto by Skrillex
    6. Get Up by 50 Cent
    7. Good Feeling by Flo Rida
    8. Disturbia by Rhianna

When I'm lifting weights, I tend to put on a dubstep mix.

Ozomatli. If you're running, Como Vez will literally cheer you forward. But almost everything by them. Their Spanish language songs (many/most are in English) are so awesome you don't need to know Spanish to love them.

    Old Public Enemy.

Road to Nowhere Talking Heads also for running.

I like Linkin Park. All of Meteora Most of their earlier stuff, and especially that "When they Come for Me" song from their newer album. Try to catch up Muthafuka really works with lifting AND with running.

I've noticed I go faster with my angry music. Above and Green Day and Pink and Everclear.

I wouldn't laugh, I love The Weather Girls! I love a lot of disco actually. No shame.

i agree with Edge of Glory - Lady Gaga pumps me up everytime.

another one is Stronger by Kelly Clarkson makes me punch the air while I'm on the treadmill.

both of these = yes and glad to see I am not the only punching the air on the treadmill. I am also loving Give Me Everything - Pitbull right now....

'Tusk' Fleetwood Mac [ http://youtu.be/cma0uziW8DE ] pretty good for getting my run on.

Actually the whole album is good to workout to.

    I have to pick one?

My first thought was Limp Bizkit's "Break Stuff". My second thought was a little Toby Keith. (I'm eclectic!)
