Breakfastt crisis! makes me pig out :(

I have started to have eat breakfast on a morning, as I really enjoy eating on a morning, it wakes me up but i find myself eating my usual proportion of food which usually fills me up, but eating breakfsast on a morning has made me start to pig out on a night!
Tonight I have ate like a whole easter egg and cereal and that is not healthy :(
I dont know what to do to solve this problem? has anyone got any advice or in the same situation? thankyou :)

    Can't see your diary so I can only offer limited help.

    Biggest thing is to get adequate protein. For women that is about 20 grams 4 times a day. Make sure all three meals have enough protein and then a snack as well. Fill up rest with fruits and veggies and you should be set.

    Protein and fat are good for satiety. They stick with you longer than carbs do. Then you won't get hungry as fast.
