Ok, so a friend talked me into doing this obstacle course 5K. filthy5k.com
I can run 5K no problem and just finished my first half marathon. Not worried about the running.
I am worried about the obstacles. I'm 6'4" and 290lbs right now, and don't have the upper body strength to match my size.
I need to really work on that, while continuing to lose weight.
Anyone seen a good 5-6 week program that cycles through exercises I can do at home or at a local gym with basic machines?
